Hi .
Something strange appenend .
I've done the windorst step , run to bastok and done the dragon nm and return to bastok .
ottained the KeyItem : Kindred Report .

Took the report to Halver to obtain 3k and the certificate ...but here something strange appen .

halver give me the Letter to the Consuls ...as if I had never started the quest .

now i have the 2 keyitems listed ... report and consul .

Someone can help on this issue ??

Just keep open the pm tab to nas I did that while at work and sleep same day and got a fix.

I've done this for 4 days ..no response at all , 4 full days and night.
Im a bit bored.
Anyway ..i continue to try this ...in hope someone respond.

Yesterday I completed the killing of the dragon, went to Bastok to the embassy and got the kindred report. Went to Sandoria to talk to Halver and he gave me a letter for the consuls instead of the adventurer certificate. My character name is Sunhee white mage lvl 30. I got in the key items the kindred report. Please help me. Thanks a lot.
