hey guys i cant find the visual c++ runtime folder as stated in step 11 any help?

You can use that link for what I used before they were incorporated though stranger on the internets, or do what I did and search over the microsoft website for the install links for the same I have listed.(I installed a few older ones as I found mine didn't want to work correctly with just the newest one)
