Hello everyone!

First of all, thanks for looking at this thread.
I've made my main account successfully, however I did try to create (via the website) an alt account. On that account I can't create a character with a given name or any variation of it (I tried loads, of different sizes, including ones I'd never use). it keeps triggering error 3322. Randomly generated names do work.

That said, by username typo, I did accidentaly login to an account which had a character on it... I suspect I might have made this account years ago via the client and don't remember.

I've also reinstalled everything, same thing happens.

If anyone could help me with this mess, please.

I've tried that with loads of variations. No name started with Koko works still... (I tried so many I sincerely doubt they're all taken. :/ )

Then "Koko" is somehow a banned phrase.

So is "help" for that matter
