I am now getting Error code: FFXI-3101
Transmission error with lobby server.

First I get a mission stuck so I can't go past Rank 3 and get zero help with that. Now I can't even log on to enjoy what is left of the game. I mean come on guys, I understand that this is a mission of love and passion but if I need to start creating a new character every time this happens, what's the point in playing?

I've tried Nas Chat for days. You even told me "NO" when I first asked for support.

I even reached out to Facebook and Twitter

Facebook/twitter is not where you get support. You get support in naschat. Follow all the steps you're given and you'll be fixed, 100%.

No, if you read through your posts on these forums, you'll see I said "no" to resetting your quest. That is because there is no such thing as nas resetting your quest. That isn't how you'll be helped.

Alright, You've been so helpful.....

I'm trying to be, but you're doing the exact opposite of everything recommenced to you at every turn, making it impossible for you to get the help you need.

Open naschat. PM nas. Give him all the info about your broken quest. Keep naschat open. Wait for a response. Even if he does not respond, check once in a while to see if you've been fixed.

It's now that I am sick of figuring out solutions for myself that you wish to help me, But when it was a problem you were tiered of hearing about you were more than joyful to throw me to the wind. Listen I run communities with hundreds of players calling for admin support everyday, I miss some of them, but the forums are place for me to miss those who I do not hear. However, unless you are up to the task, do not neglect your players base or you will lose it. I will give Naschat another 5 days, the same number I asked in chat, but tried not to spam my request in. The fact I finally reach out to other means as some of the other players suggested as to how they fixed their issues, only to be met with hostility and over zealous comments; says a lot about what this community is turning into. I hope this isn't what was a great idea is turning into.
