I have tried a bunch of times every time I get not valid I reset my password still nothing how do I log in?

I am having the same issue. I have nasomi v19 and ashita v2 installed. tried downloading nasomi v20 zip from the main nasomi page download section, but when I try to install it I get an error from the archive that says "an unexpected end of archive has occurred".

Still unable to login.
