I'm having a problem right now and can not accommodate myself anymore.
To explain this simply, when I enter my ID, the screen remains blocked after the validation of the password.
From time to time, the indication "connect to server" appears, but it does not move anymore ...

I waited more than an hour but nothing works, nothing.

Has anyone come across this problem before ?? Can you help me please ??
