Hey all!

Having issues creating a new character (stuck on Checking name and Gold World Pass for each name I try).

As a side note but related issue, I've tried Nasomi FFXI years ago with the name "Tomoken" but have since completely forgotten which login I had used. If possible, I'd like to reclaim the name (perhaps there's a way to see that the account has been infact inactive for a very long time? Don't think I even unlocked sub jobs on it).

I understand due to security reasons the above may be difficult to verify; if there's anything that I can verify please let me know and I'll do my best to prove it was my old character and account.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Follow-up: Been trying some pretty funky names and am still receiving this error. Is there a deeper issue going on with character creation at the moment?
