Primary game account can't login (not even to create the character)
Secondary worked fine (ended up manually doubling every letter when initially making the password), leveled him up to 10 or so last night.

I tried the automated login thing, no success.
Then I tried change password a few times, including to the same password as my secondary. But that doesn't seem to work. (Is it really just type in new password and type new, don't need to typein old password?) Didn't even get an email that it was changed or anything either.

Did I accidentally add a spacebar to the game account name and not realize?
Or is it because the forum and main game account had the same name?

Having the same issue here, trying to figure out what went wrong

Game account names do not contain spaces. If you have a space in it, use the first word only to login.

It's OK to use the same name for forum and game account.

If you use the autologin but it still prompts you for login details, it means the ones entered in autologin are incorrect or you entered the autologin syntax wrong.

Thank you, I reset my password and it worked fine, it must have been a typo on my end.

SEEMS like it's working now. Dunno how (since quintuple checked the syntax on previous attempts), but not gonna complain. My lil guy finally gets to come home.
