I know I’m not the first person to have problems with the Pld AF boots, but I think I’ve really messed it up. Obviously I followed Wiki which said you can fish the Ordontotyranus up (easily) before trading a shell bug and then the fish to the boy, but that doesnt work on nasomi and the Galka wouldn’t accept the trade. I redid the cutscenes in the right order and it still wouldn’t work, then followed advice saying /toss it and fish another up. Well I do the cutscenes in the correct order, the kid now says all kinds of junk, that I need to catch it/well done for catching it, but now I can’t fish another up, it seems I’m missing something or can’t get the flag to reobtain it or.... I’m just really unlucky trying for hours? Seems the case as I’ve had a couple other Plds show up and fish theirs up after a few tries, but then when they try to fish a second up they cant either.

I recall it being notoriously difficult to fish up. Like, hours worth of fishing each time.
