Hi everybody! I am a new user and I got a log in issue. I stuck at the boot.exe: Failed to log in, invalid username and password.
I tried to log into the forum account page and reset the password, but it didn't work.
I create only an username in the "main" account. "Alt" and "mule" are still empty.
Whats wrong with my account? how can I log in?
Is boot.exe require the forum ID and PW or the "main" account username and PW???

I had followed what was in the link but when comes to enter my pw each time i press a key it types 3 of the same thing and maxes out and cannot put full pw in
plz help

ok so i was able to make character now but i also getting this error after creating my character at login screen FFXI-3101
