Hello!

I’m not THE Pepsi - just wasn’t aware the username was taken in game when initially setting up the account!

Anyway - I’m looking for some help

I am having an issue where by when I go through the login process, select my main character and the black screen appears with “downloading data” in the bottom right hand corner the entire thing just shuts down. No error message, no warning just bam. Gone.

I can log in with my alt without any issue, and I can see that my main has logged in and is standing in bastok mines, I can send a /tell and then about 30 seconds - 1 minute later it logs off.

I have tried the stuck online option under maintenance as at one point it did look like it was stuck logged in. I have also tried resetting the location under maintenance in case it was an issue with my position but neither have worked.

Any help on this would really be appreciated !
