exp rings have been activated but I can't buy anything it says I do not meet requirements. I have not bought a ring on this server before so I know I don't have one in the mog house anywhere.

Try a different gate guard.

every guard I go to says the same thing I do not meet req. I do appreciate the rings being enabled but if we cant obtain them it's kinda pointless. I can confirm this is not me my party teleported back when we saw we could use them and nobody could buy a ring

Same thing for me... I just tried every gate guard in Windurst with the same answer claiming I don't meet the requirements.

I have the same problem. The uards think i have a ring still

Unable to purchase empress band as well. Do not meet requirements, from all three zone guards in Bastok.

I just switched nations, and also accidentally bought a chariot band last night (trying to burn old CP) but threw it out when I realized.

I just bought a ring today from the Windhurst guard in Bastok Metalworks since I'm leveling a character in Bastok right now.

Was anyone able to get one after they threw one away?

You can only get one per week, if you bought the wrong band, bad band, etc. that's it until conquest resets. My suggestion would be to buy the one you want during a non-exp event, you can do that. Then when there's an event use it, then you can recharge it once, granting up to 14 charges for empress or 6 for emperor in a single day.

that explains it, that is what i was trying to do. silly me didnt read while rushing to burn CP and switch nations before bed :/

Ah well. not much can do about it now. at least i can get one after conquest tally...
