To all the Nasomi Community FFXI Server users. Ive been seeing a lot of people saying they still cant connect. It looks like many edited the host file erlyer like i did. Once the new launcer was released i couldnt connect here what i did to get it to work for me on windows 10. I edited the hots file back to what it was. Then i flushed the dns. Then (and this is important) i RESTARTED my pc. Waiting for a full windows boot (includeing my internet secuity software and anything els the boots in backround) then i installed the new launcher and it all worked fine. It might not work for every one but i hope it can help others.
