What does this mean? I looked in the help section but did not see anything.

It means the boot.exe is either missing or has been moved. Did you unzip the launcher before running it? Is there a boot.exe in your ffxi-bootmod folder? If not, perhaps an AV deleted it.

I got it to work but once I log in and play, 1 min later I get kick out. game closes out of nowhere.

any suggestions?

Are you using a value less than 1 for the fps divisor?
