I entered the undersea ruins from Mire (Dvucca Runic Portal side) to get to the Nashmau area, I began having massive connectivity issues. I would zone in and black screen. Then once I relogged the door to enter the bigger area would not let me select it. I then got kicked from the server my S was 1k+ my R was around 700. After logging back in, I was able to select the door, and I got to the Nashmau side of the ruins. When I left, the Blu NPC Nasheefa (you trade silver piece to them) wouldn't spawn/render. So I couldn't exit the tunnel. Zoned back into the ruins, and ran into the connectivity issues again. Upon zoning out, I would black screen. When I relogged after that it put me below/above the map in the ether.

Eventually, I walked through back into the tunnel and the NPC rendered. I talked to them to exit, and they moved aside but there was no cut scene or text, the blue mage stepped aside and nothing happened.

I ended up having to use account warp to get out of the situation.
