I'm currently on windows 7 with a resolution of 2560 x 1440, The UI is currently so small I have to lean in to my monitor just to read the chat or see my HP.

I saw the suggestion in the troubleshooting section but it doesn't seem to be working for me.

I have "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" enabled but there is no option / box to set "Scaling performed by:"

Here is a picture of the compatibility settings I have available.

thank you so much, I can see now!

One last question, is it possible to have increased UI size and still be able to use the mouse in menus without problems?

If the UI res is out of synch, it can throw the mouse positioning off a bit. If it is too far off, you may wind up clicking a different item than you thought you were.
