edit: THE QUEST WORKS AS INTENTED, THE NPCs JUST ARENT TARGETABLE BETWEEN VALID TRIES AT THE FIGHT


The NPC "Verctissa" in Norg is no longer communicating with me when I select her. Everything worked normally when I first flagged the quest, but I failed my first attempt at the fight, so when I came back to her to get a new copy of the item to re attempt the fight she no longer does anything when I click on her, also the other NPC involved in cutscenes next to her "Edal-Tahdal" will talk to me, but only as if I didn't have the quest. I thought that waiting a full in-game week would reset it, since thats what the timer was to get the item and teleport in on release, but it hasn't done anything. (also, while doing the others, the only other trial fight I lost was Ifrit, but that worked as intended next time I went to his NPC).

The timer is once per real life day. Wait until midnight EST and try again

Logs show you picked it up after midnight, so please doub le check after midnoght tonight

Don't do the solo fights. If you do, you lose the easiest way to teleport to your fights, and it makes everything a world harder for smn to get things like evokers. I can solo the fight for you. Hit me up in game

Well it's too late now, thanks for the offer to help, but I have now done them all. But I'm also proud to have done it. (And yeah I got my initial timing off and I got that one refight JUST after midnight so it was seamless to me). Thanks Nasomi crew, you're as always way nicer than I could have expected.
