I've checked my mission log to make sure it's flagged. I've triple checked all NPCs involved to make sure I got all cutscenes and dialogue. Some friends and I did it together and upon defeating the Cactuar NM in Western Altepa Desert they were able to get the Dreamrose Key Item through examining but I wasn't. We fought it 2 or 3 more times but no luck. Character name is Beethoven. Thanks for any help.

Maybe I'll give it one more shot and do that. Could be like the GK2 Frigicite that needed to be spam-checked. Thanks
