Hello, I'm an old FFXI player but new to the server. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not, but I had two issues this morning:

1) I can enter my Mog House, but the Moogle is completely unresponsive and so I cannot check my mailbox for AH sales.
2) I tried to list Yagudo necklaces on the AH, and they appear to have neither listed or returned to my inventory. They may be in my mailbox, but as mentioned I cannot utilize the Mog House.

Is this a server issue or user error?

Hi and welcome,

Not heard of this error before, but from what you saying by being new to the server my best guess would be to try reinstalling the game maybe something didnt download or install correctly. Have you been able to access it before?

Let us know if its sorted, may help people in the future

For your mog house, it's a known Nasomi feature, you have to access your Moogle options from your main menu. You can click on them but they won't do anything.

If you're trying to list items on the AH, the limit is 100 items on this server with 30 days of listing time. If you try and check your listings it will glitch out and won't let you list anymore items until you zone. You can view your listings on the AH on the website under the account tab, its much easier and convenient that way.
