According to FFXIclopedia, the only requirements to trigger the quest in Metalworks is Bastok reputation 2. I have acquired level 9 fame and still can't start quest. Is there something else required besides reputation? I noticed very little to no scrolls on the AH for a while, so wondering if the quest is bugged/broken?
