Playing on macbook, zoned into delkfuts tower via qufim island and received the cutscene for CoP. The cutscene lasts about 10 seconds then the game crashes. When im able to log back in, thencutscene starts immediately over again and i crash 10 sec in once again. How can i escape this loop

The error says “ the program boot.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience “.
But i get that error often when zoning into certain places. Just not literally stuck in this loop where i cant do anything but sit back and watch it crash over and over. Please help... i shoulda never zoned into delkfuts...

Go to the website and go to the account tab, click which character you're on, click the maintenance link, then the unstuck link

Thank you. That worked. But did not resolve the cutscene. I still recieve it upon entering delkfuts and i need to get a solution for this in order to proceed woth my Nation missions, cop missions, etc

Maybe tricky on macbook idk.... But if your build has the ability to load addons, the fps addon is known to cause these sorts of problems when set to 60fps cap or higher
