Did all the quest, went to Xarc and killed the NM tiger, examined the ??? in the other cave, saw the CS, examined it again and saw the same CS again... and then again and again... went back to turn in the quest and prayed it would be ok and I got nothing..

Keep triggering the CS until it stops triggering. That's when you've gotten the credit for it.

thanks for the quick reply, I'll give that a try when I can get back out there with help for the kill again and post the result

so I came back to kill the tiger and he would not spawn again, so I went to the other ??? for the CS again and the quest progressed, seems like zoning helped solve it since I didn't even get the CS again

incase anyones interested, you dont have to zone to get the credit, just watch the cutscene 4 times
