Someone just take it upon themselves and make 3 separate linkshells and name them:

1. Tentothirtypty
2. Over30tofifty
3. overfiftytocap

Something along that lines, hand them out and only equip those linkshells when you are looking for a party in that level range.

I personally hate the level 20 sync thing because it restricts you from leveling jobs with friends, but it's how the server is so you have to adapt. I've had really good luck building parties the last 2 weeks at all level ranges. I prefer to build parties so I don't have to wait around and I can control the setup. If you are finding a hard time getting parties, I suggest this. Especially if you're leveling a job that everyone and their Grandma is aka THF.
