Just been playing around in FFXI relearned a lot of stuff. Back to what I used to know.

So I see that expansions beyond Aht Urgan are now opaque for me in game. Meaning they aren't in my version of the game.

Is this server only up to Aht Urgan? Just want to make sure, actually have no issue with the retro thing, would prefer this actually. Whenever I click on field manuals it does not respond either.

Could someone confirm?

Yeah only up to aht urghan (can only really do a few things until someone codes cotent for it) so the other expansions are disabled. The field manuals are disabled as well since the server population is healthy enough that they arent needed.

Appreciate your response. phew, I can actually enjoy the game now, I mean it's like someone nerfing Dark Souls or something.
