If you actually read the post you would notice I said 2.5 Hassos' worth of reduction, of the same type as Hasso (JA Haste). 25% from LR with merits vs. 10%~ from hasso.

There was never any question that LR gave ability haste and not "delay -," could easily tell just by watching your TP with it vs. without it. It's the same effect as Hasso. Also the -80% cap is easy to verify here and would kick in regardless of how you got your haste and/or delay reduction.

Myupih, he's just trying to stir up crap because he's been playing retail and wants to point out Nasomi flaws/differences now. /end

There are also a ton of issues that actually have real effects and even cause real deterrents to players, particularly new ones. You ppl complaining don't have the tools, means, friends or coordination to pull off a Zerg even if it gave you 100% extra haste. Quit hatin. Get good.
