hello im having trouble with error 1706 valid source could not be found for product "play online viewer tetra master "
i did not save to c i did my E drive but i cant find path to a folder containing the installer package "play online viewer Tetra master.msi
please help thank you and sorry for being a noob!

Uninstall Playonline then run the installer again.

alright so i have reinstalled it 4 times now all on different drives and still no results same error every time.. i guess i wont be playing this.. thanks for your response tho

out of any of those 4 times did you try installing on C: at least once?

yea i did thats the one its in now i really dont know what i could be doing wrong its a simple process im going by this tutorial on youtube https://youtu.be/Gv2dexAAGpY and im getting error still
