I logged in today, and was doing stuff on my secondary monitor with the game open, and pol.exe constantly crashes. It hasn't done this before 6/8/16. Any ideas?

---

[EDIT - 6/10/16]: Another player and I have recreated the crashes and have concluded that being on FFXIclopedia has a direct correlation with pol.exe crashing. When I open up FFXIclopedia, a few seconds later, the game will crash.

[EDIT #2 - 6/10/16]: Just clicked on the link to NasChat twice and instantly crashed. Attempt #3 and #4, I did not. Attempt #5, I crashed. Also crashing on twitch.tv.

[EDIT #3 - 6/14/16]:

Restoring Firefox to version 46 solved the issue for me. Thank you!

I found the solution. Go to control panel, user account, then the bottom option to modify admin settings. Take the button to the bottom. problem solved.

I'm having the exact problem right now, when I tab over to the browser and change a page FFXI will get a bootloader crash.

I found out it has something to do with the Ashita update or one of the default plugins. I started with fresh Ashita files and opened up my load link without first updating Ashita. The game loaded fine (without plugins stating a validation error) and the browser did not crash. However, when I opened up Ashita (and it was done updating) it began to crash just like before (with the plugins Screenshot, Timestamp, Distance, Drawdistance, TParty).

Was there a recent update

There was a recent update to Firefox, that seems to be what is causing it. (Assuming you all are using Firefox). It has happened to me a few times, so I just look up stuff on my phone for the time being till it is fixed.

Yeah, I'm using Firefox, maybe I'll roll it back to an older version.

EDIT - It works, thanks!
