Anyone else notice an issue where you will not get a chatlog notification of debuffs wearing off on enemies? I have observed debuffs like Slow, Blind, Paralyze, Bio, Poison, Sleep, Bind, Gravity all wear off without notification. I do recall occasionally seeing a notification of Paralysis wearing off on a mob even though I never applied it, so this seems to indicate a bug.

Nasomi, please let me know if you require more information, and I'll help with providing a better bug report: time, mob, specific debuff, etc.

I haven't played retail in over a year, so if this was a modification to chatlog filter settings then I'll mess around with them to find the right setting, but it doesn't make sense that if you have chatlog settings set to see when you stick a debuff, you should see when they wear with the same filter.

If this is a Nasomi bug then I understand, and I'll wait patiently for a fix with no complaints. Just looking for feedback on what others have seen. Thanks!

Scratch all this, it was a chat filter issue. I didn't have my chat filters set the same way I used to in retail: need to have "Special action effects on/by Foes" off.

Chat filters reset all the time. One of the quirks of being a private server. Others being friends lists and wonky /sea commands.

Yea, I got in the habit of resetting chat filters every zone, and got in the habit of throwing the wrong switches. Burned a bad set of muscle memory into the brain, which is now going to have to be corrected, heh.
