When I try to make a character I sit at the “checking name and gold world pass.”screen and after a few mins I get Error code :ffxi-3113 protocol time out error. Been trying last few days but always nothing past. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I resolved it. Had to reload client then input a name that isn’t taken. Thx
