Today my main disappeared and got replaced with my alt that I deleted. Is there any way to get my main back?

Where did you delete it?

Were they on the same game account?

I deleted the alt in game. It's the same account.

You shouldn't delete characters in game. PM nas in naschat with all the info and wait for it to be restored. It may take some time.
