I stored my anniversary ring using the Nomad Moogles in Selbina and now it seems to be gone. I think i had quite a few charges left. Is there anything I can do to get it back?

Items don't just disappear, so try to think back to anything you may have done to get rid of it.

A friend told me sometimes items disappear if you store them in a nomad moogle but if that is not the case then I must have accidentally dropped it like a dum dum. Unless there is a way to have it restored, I guess I am out of luck!

I haven't heard of any item disappearing when stored, that'd be a major bug. The only time an item can "disappear" is if you remove the furniture the item is stored in. But you can't access "Storage" at a Nomad Moogle, can you? So it wouldn't have even been placed into the "Storage" menu. Even then, items that "disappear" that way can be re-obtained by placing the furniture back and relogging.

Storage says 0/0. I've been running around in my head thinking of where it could be and the only thing I can think of is that I accidentally dropped it.

That sucks and nas doesn't restore dropped/lost items so you're SOL.
