I don't have the jobs you're looking for but if flexible, I would be up for a run and can farm up a codex pretty easy. Hate should already be capped from subligar farming. I'm typically only on from about 8/830pm to midnight central time though due to kids, but would be open to multiple nights if needed to get everyone their belt during this time slot.

Jobs I could bring at 50 cap: BST, SAM, DRG, THF, BLM.
