Just try using your phone's tethered internet, see if you still have a problem. We'll try to isolate it after you can test that.

Ok will try that, will be a couple of days before I can. I could try swapping out my router as well with an older and see if that makes a difference as well.

I used to receive random zone crashes on dark star servers when I had ISP problems with latency problems. Whenever I dropped packets I would be stuck in a downloading data screen when zoning.

Try opening up a command prompt and do a continuous ping test to see if you have a lot of dropped packets.

Windows key + R
    Type in: cmd
    enter

On command prompt type something like:

Let this run for a while to see if you have consistent pings with no drops.

Was able to check the USB tethering, and 2 of the problem zone areas now work. I think I am going to switch out my routers tonight and see if that makes a difference as well.

I don't know if it's your router's fault, since that isn't necessarily what's dropping the packets. You should try to bypass your router first to see if it still happens, that way you can start to isolate the problem.

I plugged my direct internet connection and try zoning in and out on one of the bad zones and everything seemed fine. Plugged in y old router did the same tests and everything worked when I zoned in and out. I was only able to test the one bad zone, but it seems to work now. I'll run with my old router for now, see how it goes. For now I'm going to assume it works.
Thanks for all the input and help
