I somehow deleted my character when trying to re-make a mule. Is there any way to recover my data?

I was receiving an error in my browser as well on the nasomi.com "account" page

This page isn’t working
na.nasomi.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

you should only have one character Per account to avoid this bug

Server owner is the only one who can help you now
