Okay i have been trying to message him for 5 days now still haven't had any response or help with my chara that got jailed zoning out and into davoi is it normal to take this long? I am going away in 2 days for a week was hoping to get this fixed before i left.

Getting black screen with "Downloading Data" in the bottom right when i try to zone into Windurst woods, Windurst walls, and northern Sandoria. Then i get dc'ed and am unable to log back in until i use the unstuck function. This has been happening for the last 12 hours. I have reset my network card, restarted, everything short of uninstalling nasomi and re-installing from scratch. Is this an issue that is happening to others?

Use a different network connection. Dropping packets during the zoning process will cause you to disconnect, placing you in the downloading data screen indefinitely.

greeting folk I believe I have broken a quest line.
I have accepted food for thought in windurst water about buying and giving food to different client.

as I have used a guide I didn't asked the "kenapa-keppa" about what he wants and simply traded him the food. and now the quest can't be completed.
I gave both Ohbiru-Dohbiru and Kerutoto what foods they wanted for sure.

as kenapa-keppa does not give me the next quest I can't progress in this quest (I specially need the power GI from next quest) and it seems there is a key item at the end of quest lines.

any help is appriciated

Returning player problem. I'm having trouble logging in to the game. It was working fine up until this morning and i got the username/password is invalid. I tried resetting my password like 3 or 4 times and still gives me that message even though they were fresh passwords. Any suggestions?
