Nasomi uses a different account system and doesn't have access to your Square-Enix retail characters.

We assume you're talking about recovering your Square-Enix retail character because you mentioned trust NPCs, which will never exist on Nasomi (it's a feature from the Seekers of Adoulin expansion, out of scope for this private server).

If you come from any other server but Nasomi, you have to start over. Click Account on top of this page, log in with the forum account you used to post this thread, then create a new "character account" in one of the three slots. You will use that character account to connect to Nasomi with the launcher and create your new character.

If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.

You are absolutely right for some reason i am thinking of my retail game, dont know what made me think of that, but i did have a nasomi char about in the 30s i believe, but its lost either way right?

Click Account on top of this page, log in with the forum account you used to post in his thread, then look at your 3 Character Account slots.

If your old character is not amidst those 3 slots, but you remember the old "legacy" account name you used back then to play with it, click on Bind legacy account and enter your old user/password.

If you don't remember your old "legacy" account name, you'll have to click NasChat on top of this page and hope that Nabutso or Nasomi can help you recover it (I don't even know if it can be done).

Otherwise you'll have to create a new Character Account in one of those 3 slots. Level 30 isn't that bad to catch up, and there's a ton of new players to meet in the Dunes.
