so I was logged in one time with a test character at the shop returned home and went to log in and it went to log in said successful but then in red said "....closing" how do I fix this?

I have been able to login but now I have a problem where im Stuck on sandy mission save the children and I completed battle and when I check the hut door it wants me to re enter the battle so I cant progress on the sandy missions cause I cant complete it how do I fix this?
