Hello!
I am new to this server. I just tried to take the boat to Selbina, from Mhaura, and there was agro'ing fishes in the room downstairs...Spawned on top of me and killed me! I noticed someone else had the same problem and was dead with me in Selbina. Is there a way to fix this? It's going to be difficult to get a party in the dunes like this

That does sound fishy.

It's a known bug, mobs on the bridge can aggro you through the floors and seem to appear next to you in the hold.

Possible mobs include whatever monsters people fished and didn't kill, but on Nasomi you also have a ~25% chance to appear on a ship with skeletons and a NM, which will aggro you immediately through the floor.

I suggest using a Scroll of Reraise (from a city Gate guard) before the ship departs, and cast Sneak as soon as you zone in the Sea Route. Reraise is useless against undead, as there's nowhere you can hide from Blood Aggro with 1HP on a ship, but if you boarded with a higher level maybe (s)he can bail you out.

far from useless , if u die on boat , dont re-raise wait until the boat arrives , and once your dead body hits selbina reraise and there u go

Another trick some people do along with the re-raise scroll (don't count on that alone to save you, re-raise glitches quite often and at the Murphy's Law worst times), is to swap to a lvl1 job you aren't worried about dying on. Since the towns on both sides of the boat have Nomad Moogles, this shouldn't be more than a few seconds of inconvenience, in order to prevent precious lost xp.

...I thought nasomi fixed the boat agro problem.

That boat is so messed up. I stood on that boat for like an hour yesterday leaving selbina. After awhile I finally showed up... at selbina. Then I road the boat AGAIN and it finally worked. Also I've seen the fish downstairs too.

zoning will remove your reraise, if it's already proc'd

I'd say wait it out dead in Selbina. Eventually someone will be along and toss ya a raise. I think we've all been there a time or 2.
