Hello everyone!

I've been playing for about 2 weeks now but I just wanted to post an intro.

My character names on Nas:

Therin (Currently leveling WAR, plan to play PLD and WAR.)
Erith (Currently leveling WHM, plan to play WHM and BLM, or possibly WHM and SMN.)

On retail, I was/am:

On retail I was a day 1 player for NA release and played hardcore. Really hardcore. I participated in numerous server firsts on Fairy (including Vrtra and a world first low-man wyrm, a 12-man Jormungand kill in late 2006) and Cerberus servers (where I spent a little over a year leading my own endgame linkshell not long after ToAU release), but eventually got out of endgame (at least the competitive endgame) when I rotated to Phoenix server because I grew tired of the drama. While on Phoenix I attended over 200 consecutive Dynamis runs while working on my Apocalypse (which I finished on 2010-02-22) as a part of DynamisBums -- probably one of the most well organized groups of players on any game, any where. Eventually I ached for endgame again, so I moved to Shiva to take part in the new Apathy linkshell there. While on Shiva I was able to accomplish numerous goals, including beating Absolute Virtue and Pandemonium Warden, and finishing my Ragnarok as well. After Abyssea came out and changed the landscape of FFXI, I moved to Leviathan with friends from BlueGartr, but at that point the game had lost most of its luster for me. I eventually quit, but came back shortly before Seekers of Adoulin -- long enough to help them be one of the first linkshells worldwide to down all three original Delve NMs.

That's the history. This game has been part of my life longer than anything else in my life -- I started playing when I was 15 years old and I'm still playing now at age 28. My retail character is still active -- but the game is not the same, so I only log on once in a while.

On Nasomi, I'm currently a level 16 WAR and 16 WHM. So there's that.

Do I remember seeing you always Rocking an Ares body on DRK or PLD?

Probably so -- I did have one, and PLD and DRK were my two main jobs!
