Never had this happen myself. The nasomiffxiconfig just writes values in the registry. I wouldn't suggest playing with that unless you know what you're doing. If all else fails you can backup your ccharacter data by going to file explorer find ur nasomi ffxi folder, normally c: > program files x86 > nasomixi then go to your character data folder in final fantasy xi > user just copy the whole user folder and save it somewhere safe. Then you can try to uninstall from add / remove programs. Then restart ur pc and go to regedit open up hkey_local_machine then wow6432node and if playnasomius folder is still there delete that, restart pc again, then reinstall nasomi ffxi from the launcher. If it is a registry issue that should clear it up. After u reinstall copy ur user folder back into the ffxi folder (may not need a restart here but may as well for good measure) and you should be back to a clean install with clean registries.
