Without a doubt it is exactly a 4 hour repop. Killed it for my cloak, and then when leveling BLM I solo'ed and duo'ed on the worms right by him, and helped multiple other people get their cloaks.

I was down there earlier this month and he has spawned within 2.5 hours. And few times about 3 hours and one time at 5 hours.

The first time I camped him it seemed longer than a 4 hour respawn. I was down there for what seemed like 6 hours; but after getting the first ToD he seemed to re spawn every 4 hours on the dot.

Well a few times I left my alt or main down there and got pops well under 4 hours examples being 9 am tod and then killing it at 11 or 12 and then coming back at 1400 for another kill.

Exactly, the slight variations from people that don't seem to have tons of experience camping, can be chocked up to a zone/server reset screwing with the last pop timer... people need to listen to the expert advice given with confidence in this here thread!! Hear Ye, Hear Ye.
