Our LS has a bank mule that I take care of.. it's currently helped fund 18 relics we have now. It also supplies our LS with pop items we buy instead of farm. We do payouts occasionally for things post event but LS bank is very beneficial when left in the appropriate hands.

I mean... it's not like the LS bank multiplies the gil or provides some sort of interest, like a real life bank would. All you're saying is that you can decide how people should spend the gil they play a role in earning better than they could, if given the gil.

I guess you can take that route, but it's only very beneficial when left in the appropriate hands until it's not.


Not all of your members enjoy the LS Bank.. Also I'm assuming Inigo is no longer the bank, and a 3rd mule is? I'd hope no one would be using a character that actually goes out of cities, and participates in content, as the bank.

How many leaders sell their own Novios to help fund 2 members (non-sack) relics? I personally did that, so did Yvelle. I've had other members with Novios saying they'd do the same if we have buyers.

Our LS is built on the mentality of being teamwork oriented. We don't just talk about it, we are about it. That being said: it's been a very long time since you've been among our ranks as a member. I can promise you everyone in the LS currently has no issues with how we do things.

This is getting way off topic, I'm simply pointing out it's very beneficial if leadership is truly about teamwork.

That is correct: once I made Inigo an actual 2nd character I immediately moved the LS funds to the bank character because I wanted zero confusion that things may be bought with LS funds. It sits in jeuno as it's home.

lol I can promise you that's not true. I wasn't talking about my time there. I was talking about current members and their feelings.

I appreciate that you and Yvelle sold a Novio to help others, but... I'm not sure that has anything to do with how useless an LS bank is. Until you're providing some sort of benefit that increases the value of the gil that the bank is holding, all you're really doing is controlling what your members can spend the gil they earn on. It's a fairly simple concept.

The people with relics sure appreciate the LS bank, lol.

I don't believe I ever said anyone was leaving because of it. Plenty of people learn to live with things they're unhappy about (My wife, for example). I'm not poking a bear, lol.


Edit: for the record, I think most leaders would LOVE to sell their Novios. They drop off a mob that's easy to kill, and has a fairly good drop rate, lol. I'm still not sure why anyone pays much for it. If you have a BLM leveled, and want to spend 10-15+M on a Novio.. PLEASE send me a tell. I've got an LS that will give you for one for free if you'll bring that BLM around some.
