Ok. I started the I Can Hear a Rainbow quest. I grabbed a chocobo to got to where I needed to. First time I left town and it started the cut scene to show clear. It stopped and left me in a black screen. I had to use the /exit command then unstick myself through the website. I grabbed another bird thinking it was a one time thing zoned into a new area that had the wind effect going. Same thing happened. It started the cutscene for wind and the locked me into a black screen. I waited to see if it would clear itself. It didn't so I again had to use the /exit command and unstick myself again. Not really sure what is causing the issue. I was seeing if anyone else was having this problem or if it could be recreated to find out why. After logging back into the game after using the unstick feature I found myself in the sky box so had to relog and try the feature again.

This happens if you're on a chocobo when the weather cutscene starts, but don't worry, you still get the credit.

The issue is caused by being on a chocobo as you zone in. It's an unfortunate bug, but a relatively minor one.

You'll need to collect the weathers on foot.
