Hi folks!

I just wanna jump into the introduction of myself - no names, no dates, just me!
I have been actually a huge Final Fantasy-Fan since my childhood days and was never able to play FFXI on PS2/PC when it came out (for obvious reason - I was in my teen years, didn't have money for it and up until 15 years old didn't even have a PC with internet connection.)
I first dove into Vana'diel in 2015 and kinda liked the game - it was something else to the other MMOs out there. Even though the game seemed antique in some ways I really enjoyed playing it. Ok, I never really made it far into the game, but that doesn't matter. If a game hooks you in, you're in. Doesn't even matter how far you came.
In the last couple of days I stumled upon a commented playthrough on YouTube and really wanted to play the game again without the obvious "solo gameing with Trusts" (I like to be in a party with actual humans). So with a little research I found Nasomi.
Today I updated the game, installed/set up everything and dove right back into the game. Even though I'm only a Lvl 8 RDM (and died a couple of times - Forest Hare are mean ), I don't mind "the grind". I even got my PS3-Controller working and this really makes a difference for me! :3
Right now I'm looking for a LS which might lend a hand for a newb like me and many, many players to party with! I'm in UTC+1, but as far as I looked the servers seems to have a wordlwide playerbase.
