Anyone notice an exp drop on mobs? My main is a THF and doesn't get many invites, so I have to solo a lot. But 60-70 exp with band is a bit much to deal with.

One of the novelty things about Nasomi was that lower con mobs gave boosted EXP. If you look around at Nasomi's old advertisement posts, he advertised 1x EXP. Recently he apparently fixed the error in the EXP table. You can see him mentioning it in the last patch notes.

We got rings now though, I guess.

Nasomi previously used WOTG era EXP values for EP/DC mobs ( http://www.playonline.com/pcd/topics/ff ... etail.html ). These were out of era, and reset to the proper ToAU rates.

It's one of those changes I don't think was super necessary, but oh well.

Yeah, it's a bit of a bummer imo, even if it technically *is* more era-accurate... grinding lv1 through 12 is a good chunk more of a slog now, and it makes be wanna /whine a bit.

That said, if we're gonna go back to era-accurate exp tables, can we please get era-accurate pet exp back?

And yeah, the change is miserable. 1-12 on a DD job used to take me less than an hour fifteen. Now it's about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
