Quick version: At level 5, killing starter mobs gives you 30 exp when it should give you 40. At both level 5 and level 6, you get 30 exp from these mobs.

EDIT: I just realized, when I hit level 6, the exp table should be in the 6-10 column and I should have been getting 35 exp for the starter mobs.

At level 6 doesn't it go down one to also be 30?

Hmm, looks like you're right.

I think I was mistaken about there being an error.

When it was 30 exp for both 5 and 6 it threw me off.

A footnote on the page says that the starter mobs yield exp as if they were level -1. I pretty distinctly remember them giving 50 exp when fought as a level 1. So there does seem to be an error there, just not the one you're reporting.
