I have been working on building a database of radiology diagnoses with their appropriate/corresponding cat Scan procedure.
My scheduling staff uses is until they are more familiar with the information. It helps reduce scheduling mistakes and consequently makes patient appointments really streamlined.

for the layman: if you have a ct coming up and you want to know if you're gonna have to drink the nasty barium or have an iodine injection, this will tell you.

Pass the information along to any one who might be working in the field.

(dont inspect the code im a big newbie)

Might want to be careful. Even building a website that takes "patients" information usually requires it to adhere to HIPAA requirements let alone for a site to suggest a diagnoses or medical recommendation.

i understand yeah, nothing is stored though. it's really just an array of key words that you can match up to your own key words.
You cannot identify any patient with it. I wish i had the time to match all CPT codes to ICD10 codes. but man that would take a life time.

world famous cardiac radiologist does something similiar but with more specificity to technologist's scanner settings
