I bought an empress band as a lv6 thf for 1000 conquest points. I equipped the ring and used it, but the buff doesn't appear. Is this by design? Are exp bands intentionally broken on Nasomi?

The server owner thinks it is only good
to activate it during special events or specific
holidays. So don’t use it unless announced
on forums or facebook or in game via system message.

It’s no bug, it’s a feature.
