Not at all. It has always been a curse and the main source of all the negativity towards me from ppl who just don't know.
It actually very negatively effects my camping because I NEED to be there 24/7 or the other douche campers will get me killed.
I have been asking nasomi to change this for years or to just have the other players to stop MPKing me with goblins.
Now with the current childish campers they never want to kill the manta and just watch it attack me because they want to see me kill the manta or they don't want it to die at all then they scream MPK. The only mobs they are interesting in killing are the too weak goblins so that they can spawn back easy prey and maybe they will catch me afk and kill me.
Anyway, lets stop straying from the fact that Bxd is claiming manta and purposely trolling and using the manta rage mechanic and 100% MPKing there is no doubt and we have all the proof to back it up.
I am just trying to wait many hours or days for LoO spawns without getting MPKed and harassed.

I'm supportive of mpking people who leave their afk bodies at LoO. 100%. I hope he won't ban anyone for doing it. If you're afk in a dangerous spot, get fucked.

I agree, as long as you keep the manta white so that everyone has a chance to kill it and not manipulate it in any way.
In this case he claims the manta and keeps it claimed so that there is no escape from death unless you log off or hide. (if you know to do so)
The one day he claimed 12 seconds after spawn and then fooled around with it until everyone died so there was nothing they could do.
Very different situation I have never seen it ever done before.

Edit: Also today same thing.
Fought the manta until 3% then turned around not attacking until it blew up killing ppl.
You can not be afk and still die. Anyone who didn't log off or Hide will die.

It's a 5 minute rage timer. If you haven't figured out what is happening in that time and reacted appropriately in this incredibly slow paced game,

Yes. Stop afk camping things in a spot that isn't safe to be afk in. If there's noone there for the thing to rage on, the person performing the action will eventually be bored and stop.

No one is afk... they just cant do anything because he has the manta claimed...
You either log off and log back on to lose the manta hate or you get MPKed.

Why are you failing to grasp this? Lose the nq manta? Who cares? Step to a safe place. Relog. Cast sneak/invis. Come back and watch. It really aint hard dude. People literally camp this mob while they sleep with battle music turned up really loud so they can come back if they hear they've gotten claim. So yea, kill em.
