Not saying you shouldnt have hid. But the fact you said you watched him die and based on the timestamps had ample time to move your alt and save him says otherwise about your intentions.

That has nothing to do with your scenario unless the people in your example are only fighting the NM because the people watching trained it on them. In that case, yes its MPK. Just like you MPKd.

Training involves going outside the normal spawn/roam zone for monsters. I was in the spawn area when I got aggro'd, was still in the spawn area when I fled, and still in the spawn zone when I hid. Chess was in the spawn zone as well.

Edit: Do I think the crime fits the punishment? No, and I'd be salty too if I lost my char over something like this. But its technically against the rules and Nas can do what he wants.

Wrong. If someone goes afk in the pond at LoO without aggro, then someone kills a manta, and the next one that spawns kills that afk person, that is not MPK. You take a risk by afking in an aggressive spot, no one else is responsible for you.

Wrong again. If the manta aggro's, you aren't obligated to kill it. I wasn't attacking despot, it wasn't claimed, I got aggro'd. No one is ever obligated to kill anything that aggros them.

You popped the NM with intent to kill it, not like you were walking by and it happened to aggro you. You hid, and watched it kill someone instead of taking it off them. I feel like I am talking to a wall. Have a good night.

Sounds like you have everything to gain and nothing to lose if you post the information, meanwhile nas doesn't care either way, so it seems pointless to withhold the information for any reason other than to create drama, or you don't actually have said screenshots.
